My role and responsibilities in this project were to:
Support the ESG Team through data insights and conversations with different Relationship Managers.
Compare internal client data versus LGBTQIA+ data (HRC).
Analyze client data to find the clients impacted by SB 253 and SB 261, which apply to companies with revenues above the applicable thresholds and “doing business” in California.
Perform multiple surveys and interviews with Relations Managers to help them understand and bring benefits to our clients for ESG.
Analyze Voice of Client survey results and bring insights to the executive team, capturing the best top 3 industries where the ESG is most wanted.
Work closely with the ESG Team for future enhancements in the internal system to obtain better data points (new) for better reporting in the future.
