My role and responsibilities in this project were to:

  • Support the ESG Team through data insights and conversations with different Relationship Managers.

  • Compare internal client data versus LGBTQIA+ data (HRC).

  • Analyze client data to find the clients impacted by SB 253 and SB 261, which apply to companies with revenues above the applicable thresholds and “doing business” in California.

  • Perform multiple surveys and interviews with Relations Managers to help them understand and bring benefits to our clients for ESG.

  • Analyze Voice of Client survey results and bring insights to the executive team, capturing the best top 3 industries where the ESG is most wanted.

  • Work closely with the ESG Team for future enhancements in the internal system to obtain better data points (new) for better reporting in the future.
